Anyone in PWC London Digital & Cloud COE?
Does anybody have any advice when applying to postings with many applicants and getting noticed? The company I am interested in is Figma, and though I reached out to a few technical recruiters after applying through LinkedIn, I am wondering if there might be something more I could do that maybe I’m not thinking about. Also along those lines, if anybody here works for figma I would love the chance to connect
Hi Fishies! (Is that what we are? I’m going with it)
I just came across a Google Research and Insights role that got me SUPER excited and I was about to apply when I had the idea of seeing if anyone would be willing to give me a referral. I understand (and respect) that most of you Googlers on here feel that a referral is only useful if you know the person but I would be happy to jump on the phone to give you some info about me. It would mean so much! 4 YOE at a major audio steaming service

Before interviews, I always do heavy research on the position and anything else about the interviewer, to see if we have anything in common. I make a small list, writing on a small notepad, all the technical skills that apply to the position. I find this is a good way to get my thoughts in order.
Make sure you write down any questions you have about the company or any personal selling points you really want to highlight. It's so easy to forget those things in the stress of the interview.
It'll be a regular screening call for the most part so just be yourself and make sure you know your stuff concerning your skills and the job
Yeah I feel like with this one, it's the least pressure so just focusing on presenting yourself well. Good luck OP!
