Graduated with STEM degree 4 years ago and worked in financial services as a technical business analyst for 3 years. I made the mistake of accepting a role that has absolutely NO growth potential and has become a roadblock in my career.

Hi All, I was offered a role with Aecoms San Francisco office working with an energy client for a midlevel associate environmental planner. I wanted to gauge what is a general salary that ones been offered on this team. I felt lowballed at $79k/annual, initially offered 74k. I don’t have many years of of experience on paper (graduated college 5 years ago) but I constantly get told that I operate at a level far above my title. My art partner left to be an ACD somewhere else and she wants to recommend me as her partner, INSISTS that she knows I can do it (and she isn’t the type to exaggerate).
