I have an offer from JPMC and joining is on the 23rd of this month. I have given 2 rounds of interviews in Dell and they said I'm selected, only one round is pending and they need 1-2 weeks of time to release the offer. Should I wait for a Dell offer or join JPMC.

I have already spoken to the Manager and MD at JPMC regarding the project and other things. So I'm confused whether not to join JPMC or not.

Dell is ready to offer around 6-7 LPA more than JPMC

JPMC fishes, have a worrying thought, have you heard cases of offer being revoked or any slowdown you see in hiring ? With the current market conditions it is worrying to have just 1 offer in hand. Any insights on this would be helpful.
