Just got the offer to join Deloitte at 185K base in MCOL, in their pharma strategy team. Currently at PwC with 3 YOE post MBA.
I couldn’t make manager at PwC in 3 years, hence the switch.
Questions:
Is the offer $$ reasonable?
If I negotiate how much upside do I have or what do I ask for?
What raises am I to expect as I progress to M2/M3
Is it fair to assume 90%+ likelihood as an average performer I can get to SM in 3 years from M at D. Or does it take longer?
Today I resigned, can deloitte match the offer?

Not at all. Infact companies give more packages to people who have ability to change. Just tell them you are not satisfied by the work and want to lookout for a different job.
Also before joining TCS make sure you get the right package as there will be no to negligible hikes afterwards. TCS generally has fixed rate cards. My suggestion would be to get the TCS offer and then look for a better offer.
Companies wants us to think that staying in one company is better as its good for them. I have changed 5 companies in 8 years and no one cared as long as I was skilled. Answer confidently and diplomatically when you are questioned on short duration. Best answer is they do not have work at all and you like to work .
Its a world of skills where time doesn't matter. Also brand can only matter if they enrich your experience of work. Unless it MAANG do not care much on names.

HRs have this habit of lowballing candidates
