Currently have a M1 in Deals/Transaction Advisory (not strategy) in a tier 2 city (not NY, Chicago, or Bay Area/LA) at around $105-110k with typical bonus of 8-10%. If they were to jump ship to another big 4 or smaller firm, any idea what comp could be expected?

Had my first interview first week of May and the recruiter emailed me two weeks later letting me know that I was going to move to the second round, and asked for dates I was available.
