I have cleared my tech round and HR discussion is also completed. When can I expect the offer to be released? HR said they would reach out by Monday but no response yet. Also in bny careers site my application status is under consideration. Usually how long this process will take.

My current employer has kicked off the GC process, still in the beginning phase, PERM has not been issued yet. However, I just got a pretty generous offer from another company. How does this work? Do they have a chance at taking over my sponsorship? Or the process needs to start from the get go all over again?
