I am interviewing for a new IT Manager position. I started putting out soft feelers and then hit the hunt harder. The problem: I have one offer and need to give an answer by next Wednesday. I have two other opportunities that are in final steps but probably won’t have offers by next Wednesday. Both of the other offers will be higher pay but clearly are uncertain for offers. Do I accept the offer I have, which is a good one or wait for the other two to finalize and possibly miss out altogether?

Thoughts on Chief of Staff type roles for an exit opp? What level should you generally be at for such roles (M or SM)?
And what is the expected Comp? Is~ $200k in these roles achievable?

Curious what the average salary is for someone with just about 4 years experience doing SEO for an agency. I know I'm being underpaid but figuring out what the average is.

Is there a point when MBA doesn't make financial sense? I'm 29 at $180k base with additional compensation typically around 15-25% over the last few years.

I like what I'm doing I think, but a top MBA had always been one of those personal goals of mine. Goal would be to maybe switch to MBB where I think compensation is slightly higher than what I'm getting right now at my level.

Any tips for organizing a bedroom, closet, dresser & bathroom? My teen has IADHD, and low executive functioning. Her room looks like a land mine. Clean clothes are mixed in with dirty, her desk is a disaster, she won’t let go of clothes she’s outgrown, drawers are open with clothes hanging out. A therapist said to close her door if we don’t want to see it but it’s more than that. She needs this important life skill & I don’t know how to help. 2. Product based company - 10 LPA, 5% variable, will work on CICD and Azure, salary hike will be in June 2023. Though i don't have any experience in azure.
