IBM - 15.5 fixed + variable anything between 0-15%(Chennai-Flutter developer).
Nielsen - 17.5 Fixed(Bangalore-iOS developer).
There is no difference in role - Senior developer

Hello. I recently accepted a position as Assistant Nurse Manager at a busy Cancer Center in Brooklyn. I have leadership roles such as charge nurse over the 8 years I’ve been an RN so Ive never had an official management role. I have my BSN and OCN. The AVP agreed to match my current salary which is 6 figures because I refused to accept the salary he was offering for $5K less. I am trying to do a sumif formula for values that fall with specific dates. It worked for all but one of my cases. Not sure what I am doing wrong. Every other case worked. For some reason it’s adding more than it should. When I move the sum range up one it resolves the issue but that throws everything else off. Any help would be appreciated

I have a offer from company A and also selected for HR round of L&T , they asked to share the offer letter on mail for salary negotiation and i had the words with HR on call , she said i can share my offer letter there is no problem all people do like this
Now i got rejected in HR round due to salary expectation

Will some one missuse to my offer letter or
The Company A can reject my candidature as i have shared the offer letter with other company ?? If they will know ?

Had to ask the prospective company to shift my joining by a month. Since there’re still 2 and a half months into joining now I’m always paranoid thinking if offer would be revoked and other negative things like that. This is my first switch so I’m even more stressed. Need some suggestions how to deal with it.

I have an offer of 9LPA fixed+ 1Lac relocation benefits my current employer retaining me with 8LPA fixed and 1LPA joining bonus.
