I completed the induction and got the employee Number and the default password ( which is not working)
Mail sent to service desk of Ultimatix and onboarding HR manager but they are not responding.
Any other way to get this done quickly?

Hi 👋. Q for gym goers. I paid for 2-month gym membership which renews monthly and 30 days notice is reqd to cancel. However the gym closed because of restrictions in the last 2 weeks of my membership. In general, how does it work- do i have the right to cancel without 30 days notice given the situation and can I complete the remaining 2 weeks of my membership once the gym reopens without paying extra? Let's say I do not wish to suspend my membership.

Hi Guys,

I interviewed for TCS on 11 Aug'21 & finished with TR & MR round which went pretty good. I was requested to upload documents next day on Ibegin Portal & received my salary breakup & call on 28th Aug from HR which I accepted.
I am still waiting for offer letter & status on Ibegin is showing Evaluation in progress. HR recruiter is saying he is still waiting for approval.

How much time should it ideally take for offer to generate?

Please solve the myth between monthly performance pay and Quaterly variable pay.
If I am deployed in the project and if I am not deployed in the project.

Initially I asked HR not to release the offer letter. Only received the salary breakup. It has been more than 1 week since I asked not to release the offer letter. Can I ask again for releasing the offer letter? Or I will need to wait for another 6 months to apply ?

Hi , I worked in 2 different companies in financial year with different basic pay , HRA . I have opted for new tax regime in first company so tax is deducted accordingly ( no HRA is claimed ) . Second company did not deduct tax as it is only for 2 months and amount earned less than 2.5 lakhs. Now I am filing returns by changing tac regime to old . I want to claim HRA . Now what will be the limit of HRA that i can claim . Continued in comments

During 2016, I was selected for wipro as a fresher undergone training, but I did not clear the training exams, so wipro terminated me.During tht time I created NSR profile, after tht I joined another MNC as fresher. I never mentioned wipro exp as previous exp anywhere. Now recently I got a offer frm wipro. here also I did not tell that I was earlier termined by wipro.If wipro asks me to provide NSR details during my joining, does NSR have my previous exp in their db? Does it affect my joining with wipro?
