Hi all, I have just received news from my Google recruiter that my application was not successful for the APMM role I applied for but due to my interviews all being strong, they want to consider me for some other APMM roles.

I wanted to ask if anyone has had success through this approach and if there is a genuine chance of being accepted for one of these other roles despite being rejected for the one I applied for? Thanks!

I recently stepped away from my position overseeing HR operations at a midsize company (>300 staff). After numerous executive level changes and the departure of our HR VP I was promoted to a role I didn’t particularly want. After managing through it for a year and a half I decided to step down.
