I have been taken for a project in infosys but none of the team.leads of the project approched me for interview, it has been more than 3 months.
I am learning new things mean while. Does this happend to anyone in infosys. My reporting manger said profile is under evaluation. What to do in this situations ?

I am holding an offer 16 lack fixed salary and 10% variable from ecolab company permanent payroll = 18 lap
Similarly I am getting offer of 24lpa fixed but it is C2H for 6 month.

Which offer should I accept?

My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?

Hello all,
I'm 3.8 years experienced Manual tester with the experience of API and DB basic testing. I'm not having much experience in automation but I am learning.
I got selected in a few companies and wish to have my package to 70-80k per month.
But HR doesn't provide me this hike as from the start my basic pay was low and because of it I still don't get much progress in it
Can anyone suggest what I can ask or negotiate with HR to make it happen?
