Deloitte reached out on LinkedIn for an advisory principle/md opportunity in Jan/feb. spoke with the recruiter and was ghosted - figured it was dead and didn’t follow up as I’m pretty happy in my role. Now a new internal Deloitte exec recruiter contacted me to follow up…6 months after being ghosted. Any thoughts on partner/principle recruitment process at Deloitte? Is Deloitte wasting my time? Going for my first switch, and got offer from CTS with 11.5 ctc as etl tester.
My lwd is jan 2nd.
I got trained in Selenium in java and i think my selenium concepts/understandings are good, need some brush up on testng.
So is it advicable to kick start and brushup Selenium+ TestNG concepts in 1 month and go for automation role interviews as i dont have experience in realtime automation projects. Good or bad idea?

A couple questions for the turnaround consulting fishes:
1. Is FP&A experience valuable for restructuring/turnaround consulting? I’m a CPA with experience in Big 4 FDD and a short stint in IB. Total work experience is a little over 2 years. I recently joined a RE company as a Sr FA in FP&A where I expect that I’ll be mostly doing budgeting & forecasting work.

I'm a partner with young kids and feel like I'm missing out on too much of their lives.
