Hi all. I joined IBM on 30th May 2022. There has been an unfortunate incident where my mother has fallen very sick due to some infection and most likely she has to be admitted to the hospital.

Hi All,
I have 7 years of experience in total in SAP Integration technology and I have been offered C2 manager position with Capgemini with a package of 30.5 LPA.
Is it good to join? Can I still contribute technically at C2 role? Or would it be pure managerial role? Also please let me know how much variable pay would be paid at this role? I have around 2.8L variable per year as a part of the package.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated Capgemini

Hi my IBM sharks !
With reference to creating a tax saver FD for tax exemption under Section 80C for FY 2022-23, what is the last date by which we need to create the Tax Saver FD and upload it as investment proof on IBM Tax declarations portal?
I know that in December we need to upload the investment proofs, but do we need to get the Tax Saver FD created before that?

Talk to your people manager for leave and in ibm we unlimited sick leaves for self (with terms and conditions) but in your case you would need it for your mother I believe you need to take vacation leave in this case and the total count of vacation leave is 22
Sick leaves are unlimited if you're sick yourself.
You might need to take annual leave in your scenario but do check casual leave policy also if it works for you.
And finally check with your people manager.
