Hey sharks, I've put in my papers. However, the team is forcing me to do KTs while they have claimed the complete credits for my work. Can I claim that they can't expect a KT from me simply because they are the official point of contact for all the work I've done?
Would like clarity on the implications of this especially in Cognizant
I don' mind giving the KT either way.

I am part of Advisory team and have been trying to get more info on having side business.
Tried getting info on the policies for having a side business ( basically it's a small scale family owned ws and attempting to getting it into and smb scale business). Tried to find policies on intranet, but couldn't find anything there..
Can anyone let me know if it's allowed, what would be possible issues and would like to network with people who have done it before..

In BGC Verification i was supposed to upload 8 documents, but after the last page i was not able to submit , the submit button was not working.Now i am not able to login again.it was one time access given
2 documents are still pending.Will there be any problem or will they sent another link later ?

I was expecting that I'll be onboarded to a project.
Proper kt sessions would be there.
Afterwards, I can catch up with the work and perform fairly
But, here no system is there.
Leads come to you with random works and expect you can do those in no time.
Is it normal or is it happening with me only?
Also, how to deal with this?
Please suggest
I can understand it. I am working as a Asst Manager and I know a bit how the system works in KPMG.
Generally, when a new recruite joins the team, Managers will ask us to take them as shadow resource in the project we are currently working. Assign small tasks so you would get a understanding on how the system works. But as you said , there won't be any kt sessions as such since no one has bandwidth to that. So self learning is the key here.
So what you can do is , when you got assigned to any tasks , try to communicate more and show interest that you are willing to learn. Ask for sandbox / demo instances where you can practice the configuration , get more comfortable with the platform. When somei comes up your way , do some homework on that and go back with your own findings , this will show that you are interested and willing to learn, so that leads will spend more time with you and show you how the real time project works.

If it's KGS be assured you will never receive KT. Infact In my 6 years of work experience, I have made 4 switches and never have I received or seen anyone give proper KT to anyone. Atleast in service based companies. It's a dog eat dog world. In KGS I asked for guidance because I was hired for a very new technology on which I didn't have a lot of experience and my Assistant manager scolded me saying then why did you join KGS if you don't have experience:(
So best thing is, as you get older in the system try to make friends with seniors who are helpful and learn from them else do certifications and upskilling on weekends.
