Gatorade and coconut water and loads of hydration with electrolyte rich liquids
Second the Gatorade and coconut water. I liked body armor sports drinks, which are coconut water based, but they can be very sweet. At least 12 cups liquids daily Salty foods No foods that cause bloating or gas Whatever constipation relief you like. I like Miralax and fiber gummies and oatmeal with raisins and dates. Wishing our eggs a happy journey to the freezer or to fertilization.
i took Colace right after I got home, which helped with the constipation a lot. (first retrieval i waited until i had symptoms and it was way more uncomfortable) tons of coconut water and pedialyte. frozen blueberries i guess i also ate salty foods, but not on purpose. good luck!!!
