I am a biology graduate. I worked in cancer research and development for more than two years. Recently moved to Canada, and now I'm wanting to transition into clinical research.
Most jobs I find online ask for atleast 2 years clinical experience.
Does anyone have any tips on how to procure this experience? Should I invest in a course? Or should I volunteer at a CRO?
I recently got offered a clinical admin position, would this count as clinical exp?

If you’re interviewing for a new position outside the firm and the interviewer is unavailable after your billable hours (staff augmentation project). Typically for appointments (dentist, doctor), we make up the time outside of working hours. Would you A) block off the time on your calendar as an appointment and make up the 30 min outside of normal working hours
OR B) take 30 minutes of PTO for interview

What roles (both within and outside of consulting) let you manage at a (relatively) junior level? My skillset naturally gravitates there and I’ve been successful at managing projects in the past, but in consulting it seems like I won’t be allowed to manage projects of any sort for another 5 years at the minimum. I am excited about the pending offer, but keep getting this nagging sense if I waited a bit longer, I could potentially have better or more money.
