I need your advice here, I have recently cleared the bloomreach interview and from very begining of the processes I have informed them about the offer I already had.
I have a offer of value : X amount base +50 k variable.

Even After sharing that offer breakup they have shared their offer as below:
Base : X - 4 + 5% variable and 6 L joining bonus.
I don't think it's right decision to accept this one as I already have an offer of X amount which is 4 L

Pls give me some tips of nego..

Is there a term used when you apply for a job with a change in title, the recruiter tells you you seem more in line with an “experienced” title of what you currently are, makes you go through 4 interviews, and when you get told they want you they also slide in that the salary you wanted at the beginning was for a senior role and since you are now applying as experienced the highest they can go is bs compared to your current salary

Was anyone else in the middle of interviewing for Shopify product marketing manager roles and then have their interviews cancelled last min due to ‘the business shifting priorities’? Or was it just me? :(

Year 1: SC 140-160 Base 20-30K Bonus
Year 2: SC 160-175 Base 25-35K Bonus
Promotion year? How difficult is it at this point to go to Y3 as M
Year 3: M 175-190 Base 30-40K Bonus
Year 4: M 185-200 Base 35-45K Bonus

American express : 30.40 lpa ( includes 7% variable)
Zoom Video Communication: 30 fixed + 8% Variable + 2 Joining bonus + $80000 of RSUs (vested over 4 years)

I am with 3 YOE in SAP-SD in a WITCH company. Moved projects internally and they are asking me to get trained in SAP BRIM (SOM, CC) with some hike in 5 months (currently 6lpa would increase to 7-8lpa). I'm confused if I should take that offer or try other companies in SD module only.
