Where to send this I'd card. Outlook mail is all time down and HR is not properly responding.

I don't think I can handle if a client yells cut again.

Can I reject project in client interview in CGI if I am not okay with roles and responsibilities said by client or it will lead to escalation?

I hate working on commission. I am a naturally shy person and approaching guests in our store is intimidating enough, it's even worse when some of my more socially savvy coworkers notice me trying to strike up a conversation with someone and they come in and literally steal my client from me.

Talk to me about schedules, please. I recently moved back into an IC role and am once again responsible for developing project plans. I absolutely loathe building schedules but I can’t seem to pin point why. Maybe because building a good one with dependencies takes forever or because no one looks at them or because they seem outdated. Why can’t prioritization do the work for us? Been on a project for 2 weeks and thinking it’s not for me. The manager is kind of rude when I ask for help/direction, but he always says to ask if things are uncertain. He always has this condescending attitude and just keeps telling me that he expects more of someone at my level, C. Will this be an issue in joining... How are your engineering teams estimating user stories? I want to validate how my company is currently doing them. Let’s say when one user story is broken down into front end task of 3 sp and a back end task of 5 sp, then the estimate they provide for the story is 5 sp. Is that the correct methodology?

In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.
