What would be in hand salary?
KPMG I cleared all the rounds of my interview with KPMG and was asked to provide necessary documents and fill a CAF form a week back and had a HR discussion too. I have requested for about 3Lakhs additional fixed pay since my current CTC has increased and HR said she will get back on this. It's been a week and haven't heard back on the offer letter. How long do you think I should wait. Please wait.
Hi Fishes, Right now I'm bursting my brains to make a decision which company to join and request your help. I have an offer from tcs for 13.5LPA and nagarro for 18LPA both for the role of associate project manager. I have been a lead at infosys with 8yoe. Keeping in mind that this is the first time i will be a manager please suggest which company is best to learn and secure as the global recession has already begun. TIA #nagarro #tcs Tata Consultancy Infosys Nagarro

Hey Googlers, I’m going in for my GCP TAM second round on Monday and had a few QQs for you all:
1. For the RRK2 case study if there is a scenario for handling peak time workloads where the client did a lift & shift of a monolithic architecture, is the best suggestion to move them to micro services to enable serverless and auto scaling features?
2. I was told that they’ll give me 15 mins to prep after the case study is shared live, would you suggest I build a 1 pager or is that not required?Google

Im not an expert but base feels low. is this the initial offer? If so you should definitely counter as they almost always start low.
Congrats though either way and agree above that there are a ton of other perks that make G a great place to work!
Yeah this was the initial offer. Will definitely try to negotiate on base and RSU. Thanks for your insights!
I recently accepted an offer in Marketing & Sales, I did say that I was expecting another offer and they added a $5k sign on, and $7.5k equity. TC 97k, 1 YOE. So I would say it’s fair, Google does pay tech very heavily, but there are other perks of joining Google than salary alone so if you’re content, you can accept the offer because unless you have an attractive offer, Google won’t likely increase your TC.
Thanks, this was extremely helpful! I think I am gonna mention the offer and ranges to the recruiter and hopefully they can increase the amounts or at least have sign on or additional RSU. Your experience gave me some confidence thank you 😉
Hi OP can you share how the negotiation went? I’m in a similar position now, debating if I should negotiate. I’m still interviewing with other firms without an official offer yet, but feedbacks have been positive so far. TIA
Thank you!
