What is the salary range for JL 6B (PC) in Infosys Consulting? YOE 13 years.

I joined Accenture last year in May at level 8 and received 3 lacs as joining bonus.

However, I've received a very good offer recently and will be putting down my papers tomorrow.

Now as per Accenture's offer letter, the joining bonus needs to be returned if I leave within an year of joining.

So, do I need to return the same even if leave the org in June (after completing 3 months NP) ? Any idea.

Looking at HRIS options with a client, 35 staff. They are currently using Namely but it is clunky and doesn’t include some of the things they want (integrated ATS, documents, onboarding and offboarding checklists, time off tracking). ADPRun current payroll and are considering Rippling, BambooHR, and Paylocity. Using JazzHR as an ATS right now but would like to fold that into the HRIS so that they can use those dollars for a more robust perf mgmt system. Any thoughts on these or others?

I am overweight but because of how it’s distributed, it just makes me look curvy or hourglass. Being overweight has impacted my health. I find that I’m tired more and I sweat more, too. Hi Fishes, I was offered 35% as initial offer and subsequetly raised to 55% during one round of verbal negotitaion, though I asked them to raise it a bit but subsequently I accepted it (55%). Now before rolling out offer letter they called me & informed that business could approve 44% @ max, if I would confirm then they will roll it out. Pls suggest how to go about.

Need your help in deciding which one to choose. Below are the offer.

1. Accenture - Level 8 - Associate Manager - JB 2.5L
2. EY - Level 32 - Manager 1 - JB 1L

Fixed is almost same however Accenture is giving more variable.

Profile - Tech Risk, GRC . YOE - 9.2.

Also help with the bracket salary if anyone knows of the levels.
