Applying to T15 in R2. Currently have a 700 GMAT (43Q, 41V) after taking once. Even if I raise my quant to 47, which would be impressive for me, I’ll still be at a 700 (possibly 710). 3.6 undergrad GPA. Worth retaking? Or just focus on the rest of my applications?

I've been working for 6 months as a recruiting temp. My original contract was dec-march. Then we mutually extended it when I had another offer for March. They then offered me full-time but I was interested in another role in another department. They agreed and I'm going to be working the 'temp to hire' role in the new department.

Am I allowed to ask for a new hourly rate for this 'new' role? I took the original rate due to covid necessity but would have asked for more if it was temp-to-hire.

Feeling a bit overwhelmed in my new role. Came from an old school way of EA supporting where technology tools where sparse and the environment was more paper driven and face to face contact. I have moved to a new EA role with less personal contact and highly digital. Most of the software used I am not familiar with completely foreign to me. What do I do? So I didn’t start my 401k for multiple reasons last year and decided to do traditional IRA thinking I could take the deduction of 6k. Turns out because D offers retirement plans (and I’m above salary limit which was known to me), I don’t qualify to take the deduction (bummer). My plan is to file the return and then convert the traditional to Roth IRA and deal with the tax impact in next years return. Is that a good strategy? I have started my 401k this year FYI. Any tips?
