I recently interviewed for Amazon's Analytics Manager Role - L6 and have 10.5 years experience. What is the fixed and CTC that I can expect for this role?

Looking at purchasing an existing small business. $650k annual revenue. No real assets or intellectual property. No facility overhead. Main costs are professional salaries, insurance, and transportation. Anticipated annual growth over 10%. Client contracts are 1 year in length. Moderate to high operational risks. Current owner looking for $2m exit. Input?

I’m a 34yr manager in corp dev at a Canadian utility ($2B rev) operating in Canada and US. Hours are no more than 40 a week and I make 165k CAD. I have a PE, CFA and MBA. Career path is pretty slow. My wife is an anesthesiologist ($450k/yr CAD). We live in a tier 2 city in Canada. I want to move and try to get a infra PE / asset manager role in US/ Toronto. Big 4 reached out to be manager. Any advice. torn between staying for pension and trying to pivot at 34 and moving to US.

Hi, I got selected in Amazon and I accepted the offer, but I ask the recruiter to change the joining date, due to reason, they want to see the my resignation letter and my last date of working on that basis will revise my offer letter i gave my resignation in current organisation after that no response from the Amazon, notice period is less than a month, I m so upset and disheartened, what if they change their mind, I will be end up nowhere
