Hi all, I recently joined Barclays Mumbai and have been told to come to office for 3 days december onwards. Just wanted to know what is the dresscode there? Is it business formals or is semiformal attire (formal shirt with jeans) allowed?

Just got an offer to work at Guidehouse public sector SC for ~$120k coming from industry (+20% base raise). However I’m not clear on the bonus structure. Can anyone clarify ball park what the average SC level performer makes bonus wise? 4.5 YoE in case it matters.
