I have an offer for a newly created collections strategy project manager at a mid sized credit union for $95k, 7-9% bonus, and 3 weeks PTO.

I did ask to go up to $100k, but was told my offer was already above the target range.

They are going to offer me a temporary job (CDD, France) where I am an intern now: it's in the cultural field, it is based in Paris and my colleague (same age, with one year more of experience) is earning 2200€ net. Do you have a set $ you save every month? I'm 27, I've been tracking spend since 2020 and my $ saved has very strong variances MoM. If we consider 2021 a more "regular" year, I varied from $600 saved one month up to $3.2k in another (though that was partially due to a job change)... It's not affecting my overall saving % (was 46%) but wondering if I should try to even it out a bit more?

I need advice.
I work at an manufacturing company as a technician. My job title is a technician but they use me as an engineer as-well. There are three techs overall in the company. My boss who hired me understands what my degree is in so he uses me to design parts and write reports. The plant manager doesn’t know my skills so anytime I’m in the office working he calls me to the floor to do something the other techs can do. Should I have a talk with the boss about it?
