Hi all. I started a new role with a company I’ve been with for 2 years. The role is very much an SME role and can be quite boring sometimes. When hired I was told that this role would do a lot of different projects and skys the limit but after 7 months, I’ve been doing 1 project and when asking about role expansion essentially told to stay in my lane. My first thought was performance issues but manager confirmed not that. It’s getting really boring and need more engagement. What should I do?

Curious is anyone is hiring on looking for a remote L&D specialist?

Does anyone have any sample policies regarding paying for employers paying for trainings/certifications on the condition the employee maintains employment for a period of time after complete toon? Looking to pay for CDL trainings, but want our people to stick around for at least one year post-certification - or we would deduct the cost of the class from their last paycheck should they leave prior to one year.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

My VP once told me not to pursue my MBA because she would teach me everything she knew. She never did. I am currently going for my SHRM SCP. Hi all - I'm looking for help defining our rating scale in terms of our company values. We rate on a 5-point scale of Unsatisfactory to Exceptional Performance. We rate against four company values and five competencies. It was easy to define the rating scale against the competencies, but I'm having a really hard time defining them for the values. I've tried Googling and everything I find is geared more toward competencies. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.
