Can anyone who works in FAANG or similar companies tell me more about the creative/technological freedom there?
I mean I have heard that they allow you to enlist in any project in any technology that interests you and even lets you start new projects if it is approved by management. How far is this true? I'm currently in Tech Sales. However, I want to work with FAANG; it's literally my greatest dream. I have a UX Design Cert from General Assembly that I earned last year.
After months of applications and rejections, I left and got into tech sales because I knew I'd easily get a job and bills had to be paid.
I think I failed to get jobs because of a lack of visual design skills (my specialties were in project management and user research), and weak portfolio. What should I do?

Someone asked about revenue: It depends how many courses and labs you will use.
Example: A Training Academy is making $10,800 in three months 50 students. They use three courses and three lab systems for 1 year access.

Perhaps a flexible contract position in a role that utilizes those skillsets?
