I have 13+ years of domian experience in the HRIT space and was part of HR digital transformation projects.. but my problem is I do not have a solid product implementation experience..I have worked with config teams across different HR platform ..I know more of less what each product is capable but again never done the config on my own and don't have any certification. I find this as a huge gap in further job pursuit..what u think should my future approach

Sooooo bored with the work but love the money and am generally happy with the team/people I work with. Should I lateral or go in-house so I get a chance to work those management/stakeholder engagement muscles? Just don’t feel challenged anymore. How hard is it to switch into a firm focused on CDD work, coming from a group focused on PMI work? Had an initial call with a recruiter but it was pretty apparent that I didn’t have CDD experience.

It is a fact that Capgemini Group pays low salaries to folks however

Looking for insights from any seller at any of the hold co’s. I have an opportunity to join a new team at a hold co but I’m not sure if it will be a great move to make. 1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.
