Hi all,

I wanted to know if there's no WLB in finance department. I understand it's due to stringent deadlines and less people to work. But they expect 1 person to put 60 to 70 hrs to finish a work in 2 to 3 days when it was mentioned in advance that help is needed to finish the work.
On mentioning having some personal commitments on weekends, it was said to keep personal and professional life separate and that's how corporate works.
Has anyone faced this. How do you go about it.
