S&P Global is yet to release offer letter and they were ready to match offer.

Can anyone suggest which company is better in point of WLB and benefits & career growth.

Currently making $75k, which is very low compared to my counterparts. However, in February I’m supposed to get a salary adjustment with my yearly review. I got a job offer for $120k-150k which I turned down cuz I want to stay at Adobe.

Is there a SHRM link, reliable test, or method of shadowing the various parts of HR that will provide a sample of the work, thinking, and day to day experience of each group? I got offer from Amex(Gurgaon) and Oracle(Hyderabad) with same CTC. Which one I should join. I have preference for Amex because of location.
