Guys, i joined a company for 13lpa(prod firm) but i didnt sign any Agreement or offer letter on first day as HR was busy. Second day morning i got a call from another firm where my 2nd round was on hold. Now i cleared it. Its 17lpa. Should i think ethically and continue or switch to new one ?? Hey! So.. I got promoted yesterday! My first promotion :)
I am happy about it. I have put in a LOT of work in the last couple of months, but at the expense of my physical and mental health.
Right now, I’m happy that my efforts (sacrifices?) paid off/got acknowledged. But at the back of my mind, I have this feeling that this is just the kind of sacrifice-reward system that’s unhealthy in the long run. I have had legit panic attacks in the last few months- (continued in comments)

I’m currently working with a senior level HR candidate. This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality. I was a month in as Workday HCM Consultant with Accenture. They immediately throw me into the HCM courses to obtain my WD HCM certification. There are three parts HCM Essentials, HCM Applied, and HCM Practical. The passing score is 70 or above. I scored a 62 on the Essentials portion, I passed Applied, and at the end of this week Practical. During class, I received an “immediate connect” Team call and I was fired because of my low score. I'm devastated, and shocked. Yesterday was my birthday.
