Hi all,
I will be transitioning from a marketing specialist role to a Field Marketing Lead role. I am struggling to find a pay range for this title. Does anyone work in a Field Marketing role that can share some general ranges?

I don't have experience in a Field Marketing Lead role myself, but I've worked in a few marketing positions throughout my career. Generally speaking, pay for marketing roles can vary a lot depending on the company, your experience, and your level of responsibility. I would guess that someone in a Field Marketing Lead role could expect to make somewhere between $50,000 and $75,000 annually.

I transitioned into a Field Marketing Lead role about a year ago and my pay range is $55,000-$70,000. I know that pay can vary greatly depending on the company, your experience, etc.

Hi there! I don't have a lot of experience in a Field Marketing Lead role, but generally speaking, I would expect to see a salary range of somewhere between $60,000 and $100,000 for this type of position. Hope that helps!

I recently interviewed at Facebook (Meta) for enterprise engineer E4. Feedback from recruiter was very positive. Everyone on panel recommended me. Received an offer for 223 TC. My current salary is significantly higher (amzn L5/sde2). I am walking out but curious:
1. Is that a standard meta offer? I thought meta pays better than amzn and googl.
2. I have been asked by my recruiter to provide my current salary as data point to go back and negotiate. Isn't that illegal? Facebook (Meta)

So I’ve only been a month at a tech company as a CSM and they liked my work enough to move me internally to another team as an Enterprise CSM. I said I would accept an interviewer to learn more about the role. Afterwards the new hiring manager said they want to move forward with me. Long story short, the directors of the sales had an opening and want to move. My question are: Am I in a position to negotiate? What should I be asking for? Total ARR I’m responsible for is $7.5m around 100 accounts

My core skills are Kubernetes, Containers, Advanced Architectures, and Process Optimization (DevOps). I feel like my salary, good as it is, is not up to par with the market. Friend of mine at Google makes close to 190k with much of the same. Thoughts?

Why do we allow our employers to have so much power in law vs other professions? Seen so many posts on here on how we shouldn’t complain about the hours in biglaw because nobody would pay $200k for someone fresh out of school. But there are plenty of other professions with similar salaries to biglaw and no expectation for 24/7 service (e.g., have several doctor friends who make $500k+ out of residency and clock out at 5pm). Law is not life or death so why is being on call all the time expected?

Visiting New York next week and have a reservation at the sushi counter for lunch at Nakasawa. How rude will it be if I started working at the counter? I’m doing everything in my power to close a deal the day before but it ain’t looking good…
Normally, I wouldn’t have issues working in a restaurant, but I feel like in this setting it may be really disrespectful the chef.
And yes, I only want to eat at the sushi counter for a full omakase experience.

Been with Deloitte for about a year as a consultant and currently interviewing for a Business Integrity role at Meta. From what I understand, the business integrity role is an internal consulting role for them. I’d like to not have billable hours anymore and more of a WLB but not sure if there any key differences between the two besides that. There is a pay increase but not really concerned about that. Any thoughts on this transition if I am offered?

Curious how other marketing teams like to share resources internally. I'm considering creating a centralized hub where departments can access news, branding information, logos, premade materials and basic templates like letterheads. I'd also like to be able to give specific users access to specific things (ie I don't want everyone to have the logo vector).

Any suggestions or thoughts? Know any software for this? My instinct is just to build a website or page with logins, but open to options!
