I have got an offer for 32lpa from a company A (yoe 11, .net+angular). And I am going to get an offer for 36lpa in two days. I just have a week to join the first company that I have a offer onhand they have started onboarding process like shipping laptop. I'm a software engineer with 55 LPA salary with 6.5 years of experience. Along with this salary, I also have a significant sum of vested ESOPs, Let's say 50 lakh as per current share price (the company is publicly traded and within a few months, i can sell).
