Congrats! It’s normal, I had terrible fatigue in the first trimester. During busy season, I just used my lunch and dinner breaks to take little naps and it made a huge difference. Also don’t forget to hydrate! My gyno told me to drink a cup of water every hour. And take breaks and step away from your desk throughout the day. Good luck and luckily your energy does come back in the second trimester!

I would give yourself some grace and have comfort that you are doing your best. You are carrying another life right now, and the responsibility you have will only increase once your child is born.
I think it’d be good to discuss concerns to people who have carried a child while working full-time. You’re not alone in this, and recognizing this will take some of that pressure off.
