This housing market is not sustainable. It can't be. 475k townhome with 10% down payment at 2.8% was $2560 all in(Mortgage, PMI, Taxes, Insurance). With the interest rate hikes, a buyer would now pay $3360. Sure people have money and will still pay $3360 but for the majority of the population, things cannot continue like this. It might not be 2008 but there is a bubble somewhere in this economy that’s going to drive prices back down
