Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Get into a senior role (VP+) at a bank (citi, JPMC..etc) if you want to move into big tech you gotta take the stepping stone as they typically like to hire those from banks rather then healthcare as it’s viewed differently plus the names carry more weight
You might benefit from doing an MBA then going to tech. Going straight to tech is hard unless you get referrals or have good contacts in that space.

You would probably be better off in tech or the banks. You would be making more money while still getting 4weeks of PTO while still getting good benefits. At 10yoe you could be around $150-200 in nyc doing similar work
Banks generally have meh insurance - usually HDHPs, at least, to my knowledge. Vacation at banks is usually strong.
