I’m an FA for a hospital in NY and wanted to know what other companies have good benefits with high pay (100k) I have a BS in business and have been doing finance for health care for 10+y.
I’m hesitant about going for other jobs because I’ve been having health problems and feel like working for a hospital would guarantee me the best benefits. (Good ins coverage, 20+ vaca)
I wanted to go for JPMorgan Chase and Google but unsure of the benefits and don’t want to just go off Glassdoor. Insights?

I spent a year in tax investigations where I believe I was thriving ( I was going to be an assistant manager in July 2023), I had a lot of assistant manager jobs, I even drafted a Code 9 report to HMRC which my manager said was 80% of an actual report, he then added the 20% and submitted it.
After I realised I couldn't maintain all the unpaid overtime I was working I decided to take a turn and go to compliance, so now I work in CT compliance. I feel very surpressed.
