I have a large team and after me, I have a supervisor and a manager who my supervisor reports to. The manager recently got promoted to director & my boss is likely to take her role within the next 6 mos.

I was promoted in aug and wondering if it’s crazy to ask for another promo after my boss gets manager. This wouldn’t be for 6-12mos & I will be in my role for close to a year.

How do you calculate TC for a startup? For example, if they give you $400K in equity over 4 years with a base of $200K, is the TC indicated as $600K or $300K? ($400K/4 + $200K).

Hello! I’m looking at taking my CIPP (CIPP/C for me, cause I’m in Canada). Anyone obtained it? How long did it take you? What materials did you rely on?
They recommend a book and self study for 30h, do you find it enough? Their training program is only 9h, looks expensive to me and they say it doesn’t guarantee to pass the exam, so it’s not worth it - or is it? Any advice on passing the exam is appreciated.

I wanted some insight as to how much can I leverage other offers for my package, like a estimated range so as not to make them run away.
