A lot of Bankruptcy departments are hiring right now. You might even consider a recruiter despite the fact that they normally will not help clerks.

Everyone is hiring in bankruptcy. Just email the primary recruiting contact at firm (always posted on website) and copy either the group head or an alumni from your alma matter (if the latter, obviously call and talk to them ahead of time).

How do you handle when one Big 4 firm is trying to move really quickly through the interview process but I am also progressing through the process with an MBB as well that I really want to see through to the end. At the end of the day I don’t want to lose the Big 4 firm if MBB doesn’t come through.
