Hi all - I’m working as a Jr AE at a remote agency. Before full-time at this agency, I interned there for 2 years and often did pro-bono work. I love my company so much, but I often feel stuck when it comes to salary and growth. The salary is minimum wage and every time I ask about a raise they agree I need one but never get around to it. Today, I was offered a position at another agency as a remote AE with more than double my current salary. I didn’t seek this job out but don’t know what to do.

I have MI BOLC in January, which lasts for 4 months. I’m currently in the final phase of receiving my verbal offer from either Booz Allen Hamilton or Deloitte. Would they reconsider hiring me if they knew I would be away for that long? Should I be upfront and tell them I’ll be away? I don’t want to lose an opportunity that I worked hard for. Please help.

I got an job confirmation offer mail with salary structure from an mnc organiztion but not the actual offer letter, the HR is saying that HR head is on vacation so they will release the offer letter in two weeks.

But they are asking me to give resign based on the mail that I received.

Is it ok ? to resign based on the mail confirmation or should I wait for the offer letter to be released.?

I'm considering switching from a low-touch, high-volume portfolio of brands to a very engaged role with a small amount of brands at my agency. I love the freedom of my current role (very few number of calls with individual brands, but hundreds of initial touch point calls), but the standard role in my industry (affiliate marketing) involves ongoing calls with a small group of brands.

Is it common to not have a process workflow for services your agency sells? For example, we’ve sold geofencing, strategy, and website build services without any documentation on how they should be executed so I had to start from scratch and figure out what happens, who is involved, when, and estimate how long it will take. I like project mgmt but I’m getting burned out from having to determine processes and feel like we should have something in place before we sell it. Is this common?
