In the last 2 years I didn’t want to switch my company but was still offered a few jobs. So I always thought getting jobs and switching must be easy. But now I am facing the reality. I have applied to over 20 jobs under cybersecurity in the last 8 days but to my surprise I haven’t received a single response. As I have never switched a company before can you guys please let me know how long does it take to get a response?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I've cleared 2 rounds of interview , Technical and Managerial for Luxoft Poland. They are also in process of going for Client round. I opted for Advance hiring process. Will there be offer only after Client round qualification from Luxoft?

Had a second round interview for an experienced hire role 6 weeks ago, was told I was moving to the final round, and no date has been set. Last communication from recruiter was almost 3 weeks ago. Followed up with the recruiter last week, crickets. Am I no longer being considered?

Had the initial recruiter phone screen last Wednesday but haven't heard back yet. To follow up or wait another few days?

I am a HR Generalist, I was called into my managers office and she informed me I was getting a verbal write up because she claimed I never told her that a supervisor was secretly changing peoples pay rates. I just found out that I am no longer eligible for any of the income driven repayment plans and my monthly federal loan payment is increasing to $1400 a month and will increase on a yearly basis up to $2400. That is my cheapest option. However, if I refinance with a private lender to a lower interest rate, it will be $2k a month for 15 years and I’ll save like $120k in interest over the life of the loan. Has anyone refinanced their fed loans with a private lender? Should I do it?

My question is how many days does it takes to release offer letter ?

Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa.
After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

Queries:
1. Is this normal or rare case, reducing the offer amount from what quoted initially?
2. Should I accept or negotiate?

I don't have any other offer as of now.
