Hi! What questions should I ask the Hiring Managers when I interview for a brand new role within their team?

Goal within next 3 years is to get into Brand (client) side at the Manager level. Recently accepted an Account Director role with 40% salary increase at another agency. HR from a brand-side Associate role JUST got back to me with 3rd interview after a month. Did the interview and think I’ll get offered the role. It’s contract and 10% salary decrease but has huge growth potential as it is a smaller company with a lot of exposure to higher ups. Which would you choose?? Help!

Just had a compensation discussion with my manager. I work at a big fortune 50 company. I met expectations and got back my compensation review receiving a 3% merit increase. My boss knows I’m disappointed, and I asked to setup a follow up convo. We talked about inflation being 7.5% and I’m losing purchase power. Looking for recommendations on how to best negotiate salary? I am interviewing for a new position that has already stated their range is $80-90k. I currently make $80k and I am not sure I’d be willing to leave my current role without a strong financial incentive. They have already said there is some room and with my experience that they would be willing to pay me more than what I’m making.
