Big 4 folks how much of the work at your strategy practices are PMO type of work? I feel like most of the projects in my firm are just being a PMO for hire for a client project. No real strategic work a such. I'm still entry level though so just want to see if this is how the industry will be going ahead.

I used to work for a BIG 4 company. They sponsored my green card and I signed a term telling that I should pay back the GC cost. I left the company and they did not charge anything. However, 6 months later they sent me a letter asking to pay back. What happens if I don’t pay? I was fine paying when I left, but 6 months later I already used the moneymaker other stuff

Any B4 managers went into industry senior type roles (senior analyst/accountant)? I feel like I’d be more comfortable into senior type roles since I’ll at least have someone to oversee my work in the new role...

Are people in industry getting raises this year? I feel like people in big 4 audit are getting fucked because our business isn’t getting impacted nearly as severely as consulting/advisory, yet we still have to take on layoffs and no raises to compensate for those service lines.
