Are companies starting to require hybrid schedules? I'm waiting to hear from a potential remote opportunity that's located in another state and I'm not looking to relocate at all. A friend shared that they were offered a position for a role that was suppose to be remote however when the offer was extended, the company asked informed that the position had changed to hybrid.
