It seems everyone is successful here expect me.
Due to some family problem left my study.
have failed in every interview after telling about my qualifications .
don't know how to overcome this
have overall 10 Year Experience in IT with Industry like , Philips,AIIMS , Shangri-La hotel, National physical lab,Delhi High Court .

1. First of all have a beleif in you so that you shall crack interviews. Nothing is impossible..

2. Do a market research like how is the growth, past year trends, future predictions about the specialization (Citrix, VMware or whatever it is) where you want to move.

3. Prepare your resume accordingly ad start giving interviews. Don't worry about interview failures. REMEMBER that every failure is a opportunity to learn something new. If possible record the interview questions and understand in details that why you answered wrongly. Might be bcos of knowledge gap. Brushup ur skills daily.

4. Stay connected in linkedin, Naukri and other social platforms to know the latest jobs in ur specialisation.

Lawyers who started their career in public service had a less prestigious non federal job, have you ever had an interview ask if you only got your job because it's the only one you could get? It's happened to me multiple times right now and I'm tired of the question and it made it a personal philosophy that if they ask that I don't work there.

I have 9 years of experience in UI Development But I am school dropped out with no SSC Certificate even

Currently I am working as Senior UI Developer in US Based Company with Good CTC.

My question is can I apply to MNC companies like TCS and Wipro? or they strictly require education.

P.S. I am very confident after working this much years in industry that I can crack their interviews.

Strategy& recruiter promoting fully remote option (<3 days of travel of month). How realistic is that or a bait and switch scenario? Totally get that it would limit some opportunities on certain projects. Have 2 toddlers and i’d like to limit travel the next few year…this would be for director/SM
