With the recent salary increases, it seems FDD managers would have to take a pay cut to lateral to corp dev roles. Am I correct in my thinking? If so what other exit opps are there (other than Ib) that wouldn’t require a pay cut?
I'm currently in a non-practicing role I'm looking to either go in house or in government in a role where I can learn the basics without being thrown into the fire and where I won't have sole responsibility on day one. Does this exist? If so where? Am I being ridiculous?

I am currently a Health Admin Fellow at a leading healthcare system. I am in a phase during my fellowship where I will have to start searching for a role within the system in the next 3 months.
I was wondering what kind of role would be best step forward for an admin fellow.
I was offered a project coordinator role but feel I should not accept the same without looking at other options. I aim to seek out a project manager role and was wondering if this would be the wrong step forward.

I’m staffed on a matter where a pro se litigant has appealed the grant of summary judgment to the Third Circuit. Her brief was late and she didn’t file an appendix. Per the Clerk’s instructions, she did file a motion to file the brief outside of the briefing schedule, which is still pending. Has anyone ever dealt with pro se litigants @ in the Third Circuit or elsewhere? Curious to hear what courts have done or predictions about what 3d will do.

For those that done CSM/AM in SaaS, is it normal having a hard time to upsell? In my company, AMs are responsible for retention and upsell. But I find it very hard to get responses from clients, let alone sell them something. Is this normal in SaaS?
I came from adtech sales, and its much easier to get response from clients and upsell them.

Does anyone send out updates to specific customers in newsletter format?
One of my large strategic customers mentioned they would like some additional insight into what our teams are working on MoM (we're a managed service).
I thought it might be cool to test out some sort of newsletter-format, to send updates to our stakeholders there. The hope being that it would contain visuals and have a modern feel, and be a little lighter feeling than ANOTHER google sheet or dashboard.
McKinsey & Company Anyone have any insight on the salary for a CSM at McKinsey & Company with 6+ YOE in Chicago?

How do you all make sure you are delivering value and moving the needle on each and every client call? Or is that a pipe dream? :)
We see LOTS of posts about what skills are vital to the role of CSM. This post attempts to distill them into a list, but also provides some ideas for how workout your CS muscle, even without having ever used it before;
Looking forward connecting with many of you. I’m currently finishing up my first year as a CSM at a small SaaS startup and am loving the experience. I have over 12 YOE in customer facing roles and would enjoy discussing all things CS/AM. I’d love break into larger SaaS org as my long term goal. What was your path like to get there?
Hi, I am a healthcare worker looking to switch careers into CSM, but I’m having a hard time leveraging my experience appropriately. I feel that a lot of my soft skills are easily transferable, and any hard skill can be learned fairly quickly. I feel like I can’t seem to even land an interview because my resume doesn’t have any customer success or account management titles so recruiters don’t even care. Has anyone transitioned in CSM from a completely different industry? How did you do it?
Anyone's company hiring an entry level position?
