Feeling very frustrated and discouraged. I’ve been looking for a new job since May and just get nothing but rejections or no responses. I work for a real estate firm as a Marketing Media Manager but really I’m just a glorified graphic designer/content creator/social media manager. Was looking at the Nasdaq 100 since the peak on 2/16. The 24 stocks performing the worst are mostly Tech/Comms Services & Consumer Cyclical that ran way up since the March 2020 lows (PDD, ZM, TSLA, PTON, DOCU, NVDA). There are 23 up since the peak though - 1/2 in Consumer Cyclical and Defensive, then Industrials and a few tech. This rotation could accelerate, don't catch a falling knife and cut losses if you're on the wrong end!

Anyone go on sabbatical or absence of leave and stay in the country? I just want a break . Been stressing a lot.

Sales assistant at a drug/grocery store. The manager thinks my coworker does great work but I've seen her putting out new products without rotating stock (so the oldest food will be sold first) and we are always supposed to check the dates when shelving new things. The problem is, I don't really get along with this coworker and I think it's noticeable to management. If I bring this up with our supervisor, are people going to think that I'm just trying to sabotage my coworker so that I will look better than her?
