Dilemma… I left my old company 4 months ago. Today, they’ve reached out to me to ask me to come back at a higher role, Operations Manager. I would’ve jumped on this opportunity if they asked me before. However, this role would be hybrid (2x in office) and come along with more responsibilities and hours than my current WFH role which is very chill. The pay is only 15% more than I currently make. What do you say when companies ask for your salary range? It’s a little schemey to me they basically force you into a corner when they’re the ones with knowledge of their available range. It feels like talking about where you’re currently at isn’t enough nor appropriate and there’s so much t consider with a new role besides just the $.

Decided to join Bosch. But I somehow missed to ask joining bonus. I have already received Offer letter.
Would it be fine if I ask them now? Will that anyway impact my offer?

What is the cooldown period to apply again in LTI after declining their offer?
