Just a question for those here. What does anyone see as a job outlook for a pharmacy technician that has 15 years of experience and is studying for the CPhT? I would like to return to 100% remote work and, understandably, most job postings that are about my caliber are requiring the cert. I am thinking of possibly pivoting into an IT job that would be fully remote later on down the road, but I’m interested in seeing what is possible now (and an average pay) for someone with my experience.

Anyone know when EA promotions will be announced? I know agile promotions are being announced now, but I think CBS has a different timeline.

Follow up re KPMG layoffs.
They said this will be it for a RIF. (I hope so but don’t trust them.) 20 opted in, 35 moved to another position in the Firm and 15 were being let go. That makes 70 total when they told us only 60 people would be impacted.

Are there any EAs in here that are extremely familiar with the tech industry that would be okay with me messaging them to figure out the best option between two offers?

Is anyone the only EA/Operations Manager for a small company (less than 50)? How do you manage?

I’ve received an offer to be an OM at a startup but will also have EA duties. Frankly, over the course of the interviews, the job description has changed several times. It appears I would be expected to help 3 C-suite, the VP Operations, and some of the BizDev team (assuming I accept of course).

Any insight is appreciated, thank you.

What else can I do to differentiate myself apart from booking hotels/restaurants and doing calendar management? I love technology and would like to know how I can incorporate that into my job?
