Recruiter initially said role pays one range of salary.Went through interview process with that expectation, got offer and it was 15% less.Recruiter said they “messed up” originally.What should I do?

I am trying to pivot from Government to Tech as an Executive Assistant and am experiencing constant obstacles. During one of my interviews a Director implied that Government to Tech would be a difficult transition. This was the only reason why an offer was not extended. I totally disagree. Providing Executive support is essentially the same regardless of the industry. I am sure there are somethings that will be new but as with any new role there’s a learning curve.
Any advice out there?

Lots of articles / resources online but my issue is I don’t know what’s holding me steady at same “good” score so don’t know what to work on or change.
