Hi All, looking for some ideas to create a 30 60 90 for a 2nd round interview. The role is a Channel Management/ Development role for a single partner that is a communications provider. The partner has business in SMB, Enterprise, and Pub Sector.

I'm trying to find something unique/ forward thinking that is different from what is typically said. Hopefully some ideas how to engage with the partner leadership to bring value

My friend is in his first job out of college at a tech company. He started 3 months ago and is in a very toxic environment (rude coworkers, mean comments, etc) as well as has to commute/be in the office everyday. His title is “Inside sales” and his pay is very low/he does tons of work and is expected to stay late (no overtime) & he already is working 8:30-5:30.
What is the minimum amount of time to stay at a role he absolutely hates because he needs to write it on his resume?Any advice to cope?

1 year exp. which is irrelevant for the role I'm being hired for.. I made my mind bcoz this 1 yr irrelevant experience is also from IT company only, so in BGV TCS HR conducts enquiry if I had I just worked there or not right?? , I'm assuming they'll not enquire my roles & responsibility, previous tech stack that I was working on..

Sad Story of 90 days NP!

A recruiter called me for a position, took all my details. I have cleared 2 rounds and then HR round as well.
Later, I shared all the required documents like Salary slips etc.
Now they reach out to me and saying cannot proceed because we want immediate joiner or someone who can join within 30 days.

I’m interviewing for a Director of Marketing and Communications role. Although it’s a little bit of a stretch with things I’ve never done before, I think I could do it. However I’m having a bit of imposter syndrome due to my age (27).

I’m worried they’ll take one look at me and assume I’m too young to handle it. Same goes for anyone I’d be managing.

Transitioning out of a small business owner role as a manufacturers rep in the foodservice industry and looking to transition into tech sales in or around the Austin area. Family is packing up and moving from Seattle down to Texas on Saturday. 15 years of selling across multiple industries and any networking would be most appreciated.

Everything used to pay $350k on target earnings. Tech is booming but I am noticing pay has dropped substantially despite inflation. I am seeing $300k ote and most roles are set up to not hit plan. Does anyone have insight here? It sends a clear message. Just thinking experienced sellers are going to leave or pivot because they follow the money and they are going to get less experienced sellers.

My manager casually threw out that she had an exec tell her it’s fine if she wants to close my division down next year. We are a niche team in a large company. I asked her to clarify as I am worried about my team (and me) she said we would be “well taken care of” as in receive severance…she was so casual about it and said she didn’t know what she would do - we’re performing well, but it’s a small market. I just had a conversation with a CEO at a startup I admire, and the topic turned to sales hires. My jaw dropped at the comp numbers and I also really love the product, their selling philosophy (buyer centric, empathetic ; less volume based), and I feel like the CEO is an extremely empathetic bit straight forward person.
