Any suggestions about books/ videos that I can access to learn the basics of the product side?

Can one make a transition from salesforce to SAP functional consulting.If yes then how and will it be helpful in long run.

I started a new job in May. I took a step down from Paralegal to Legal Asst. At my interview I was told that to them the title was interchangeable & I would be doing Paralegal work, especially considering that I knew how to do the heavy Paralegal work. But it’s been 6 months of tedious admin work & when I point out mistakes on pleadings, question case strategy or discovery methods, & suggest more effective ways to get things done, I get these weird looks or the brush off. What can I do?

Looking for some advice; I've been a paralegal for about 5 years now, and the past year or so has been hard. One firm closed, which dropped me in another firm which was never good for me, and then into another with a culture that was really unhealthy to me. This question is quite broad and subjective but would love to hear some thoughts. For a couple with family income of about 60 LPA in India, is it wise to move to Canada/UK via the PR route? I have seen no matter how much experience you have, it's usually about building up from scratch.

Hi everyone! Idk if I need advice or I’m venting but I’ve been looking for jobs actively right now and want to make a switch soon. There’s a gap in terms or compensation for the jobs I’m being approached for. These jobs offer the same compensation I’m at or slightly higher (5-7%). This is demotivating and I honestly don’t know what to do. I don’t make an awful lot (105K in NYC) and I’m looking for a 20-30% bump in terms of compensation. Am I crazy here?

I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

To those in non-MBB: Would you rather have an offer in hand right now for MBB or FAANG pm? Assume it’s a lateral transition.

I think I’m going to be fired tomorrow morning and I am not even sad about it.
